1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexus™ at nexus.splocket.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the service. Nexus™ is operated by Splocket.

2. Description of Service

Nexus™ is an AI-powered calibration intelligence platform that analyzes QA scorecards, call transcripts, and voice recordings to identify evaluator drift, compliance risks, and scoring inconsistencies. Reports are delivered digitally via email and download link.

3. Payment Terms

All purchases are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to the following:

• →All sales are final — we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated
• →If report generation fails due to a technical error on our end we will regenerate your report or issue a full refund
• →You are responsible for uploading valid files in supported formats
• →Prices are in USD and may change at any time for future purchases

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• →Upload files containing personal data of individuals without their consent
• →Use Nexus™ for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulations
• →Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform or its outputs
• →Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the platform
• →Share demo or admin access credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all files and data you upload to Nexus™. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your report. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

6. AI Generated Reports

Reports generated by Nexus™ are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the insights in your reports. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from implementing report recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splocket and Nexus™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nexus™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be 100% accurate. AI analysis is probabilistic in nature and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All Nexus™ branding, product names, features, and technology including Harmony Intelligence Report™, SmartScore™, HarmonyHeat™, EmotionSync™, ComplianceGuard™, and Calibration Intelligence™ are the intellectual property of Splocket. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Nexus™ for any user who violates these terms. Paid reports that have already been generated will remain accessible via their download link for the duration of the link validity period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Nexus™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email or site notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
