Nexus™ is a product of Splocket, operated at nexus.splocket.com. We provide AI-powered calibration intelligence tools for revenue and QA teams. When we say "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean Splocket and the Nexus™ platform.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use Nexus™ we collect:

• →Your email address — used to deliver your report and send relevant updates
• →Files you upload — scorecards, transcripts, and voice recordings you submit for analysis
• →Payment information — processed securely by Stripe, we never store card details
• →Usage data — which features you use and how often, to improve the product

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• →Generate your Harmony Intelligence Report™ or SmartScore™
• →Deliver your report by email
• →Process your payment via Stripe
• →Improve our AI models and product features
• →Send you product updates if you opt in

4. How We Store Your Data

Your uploaded files are stored securely in Supabase and are only accessible to our processing systems. Report download links expire after 7 days. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third Party Services

We use the following trusted third party services:

• →Supabase — secure file and data storage
• →OpenAI — AI analysis of your uploaded content
• →Stripe — secure payment processing
• →Resend — transactional email delivery
• →Vercel — website hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and security practices. Your uploaded content may be processed by OpenAI to generate your report.

6. Data Retention

We retain your uploaded files for 30 days after your report is generated, then they are permanently deleted. Your email address and report metadata are retained for up to 12 months for support and billing purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for admin and demo access authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
